Book a spot on the bench for 1-2 hours of sauna and cold immersion with a beautiful view from our secluded wild sauna.

We offer 1 hour sessions every Monday, Thursday and Saturday which include use of the 6 seater sauna, our 7ft cold plunge bath, outdoor cold shower, and warm shower and changing facilities. Our 5pm slots are reserved for Quiet Sauna, which are limited to just 4 people to give you more space and less noise.

On Fridays and Sundays we offer 2 hour sessions which include all of the above facilities as well as the wood fired hot tub, and access to our staffed bar, serving everything from fresh coffee to cocktails.

Please note before booking: we are unable to offer refunds for cancelled bookings. However, if you give at least 48hrs notice, we may be able to rebook your appointment for a future date, subject to availability.
