Enjoy a relaxing hour of sauna and cold immersion here at the farm. There is room for a maximum of 6 people in each communal session. Book your seat in the sauna during one of our 60 minute weekday evening or weekend morning sessions. During this hour you have communal access to the wood fired sauna, cold plunge bath, cold shower, warm showers and changing hut. The hot tub is not available during 1 hour communal sauna sessions.

Communal Sauna Opening Hours:

Mondays & Thursdays
16:30 – 17:30 (BOOK HERE: Quiet Sauna – up to 4 people)
18:00 – 19:00
19:30 – 20:30

Saturdays
10:00 – 11:00
11:30 – 12:30

You can also book 2 hour Communal Sauna sessions (which include access to the wood fired hot tub) on Fridays and Sundays:

Hot Tub Fridays 2 hr sessions starting from midday

Lazy Sundays – 2 hr sessions from 9:30am 


Please arrive a few minutes before your start time and ensure that you are ready to leave the site when your time slot is over so that the sauna can be prepared for the next session.

NB: Dogs are present on the farm so if you are averse to dogs please be aware that they may be around during your stay. There are no other animals (other than wildlife such as deer, hare and birds of prey) on the farm.

When you confirm your booking you confirm that you have read and agree to the Sauna At The Farm Safety Waiver and Terms of Use.

SAUNA AT THE FARM RULES:

  • 6 people max in the sauna at any time.
  • You must sit or lie on your towel in the sauna.
  • Do not bring glass in any form in to the entire sauna area.
  • No food should be taken in to the sauna.
  • You may not use the sauna if you are pregnant or have a medical condition which would be made worse by extreme heat.
  • Nudity is not permitted in the sauna. Participants must wear a swim suit at all times.

All bookings are non-refundable. However, if you would like to change your booking to a different day, we can arrange this if requested with at least 24 hours notice.
