Discover the benefits of a post workout hot and cold therapy experience. Lucy Weaving will take you through a 45 minute small group training session. Then you will join Leah in the sauna corner for a chance to unwind for an hour of Nordic Cycling in the sauna and cold bath. This involves time in the sauna to build up some heat, before cooling off with a short cold immersion session, and repeating 2 – 3 times.
We will finish off the experience by warming up our bodies with some fresh coffees and pastries from the Café Bar.
